Toro was a digital solution for the question: “How might we improve the experience for the increasing number of people with hybrid working patterns?”
In this project, I was part of an 8-person team that was tasked to develop a digital solution for the prompt:
How might we improve the experience for the increasing number of people with hybrid working patterns?” (for a Vietnamese audience)
However, while we began ideation, our preliminary research started to reveal the dire living situation in Vietnam. The spread of the Delta variant marked the first time Vietnam had experienced a real lockdown. Combined with the increasing amount of hybrid work, Vietnamese citizens’ health was in one of the toughest spots it had ever had to endure.
So, our solution had to be more than just a way to be productive: it needed to help keep Vietnamese users sane through the lockdown. We set out to create a product that would improve the hybrid work experience and help reduce the impacts of a national lockdown on users’ mental well-being.
